2012 Registration and Insurance Waiver Form ( The insurance waiver must be signed and turned in wth the registration form )
In-person registration Saturday January 28th from 8am - 12pm at the KM Elementary School.
KM Komets decals will be available at in - person registrations for $5.00 each.
